Villa Gems is a very bright and spacious well laid out vllla of 210 sq. m. It is a split level of unique design. In the center of the Villa is a very attractive living room with many different seating areas. The Living room has a stone fireplace, high definition 55" TV, stereo system, limited satellite channels. With DVD player play station 2, board games and books for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in with the views to the mountains, the dining area has french doors which lead to a wrap around balcony also with views to the sea and mountains.
On the south side of the Villa 4 steps up from the Living room are 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has a double bed and windows facing the courtyard and the backyard. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a daybed (Baby Crib available) with one large window facing a garden and patio, also has a separate entrance. There are 2 bathrooms with showers.
On the North side of the Villa also 4 steps up from the Living room there are another 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have a double bed and beautiful views to the mountain and sea, one has a private balcony. There is a bathroom with an ex-large tub great for couples, also a washing machine.
There is an open area between the bedrooms that has a desk with wi-fi internet service. From here you can also exit to the pool and the backyard.
The swimming pool has an amazing view with palm trees lining the edge and overlooking the sea and the town below. The pool is 12 m x 5 m, 100-300 cm deep, with an attached kids pool 70 cm.
There are plenty of lounge beds, chairs and tables, with a bar, sink and refrigerator, portable gas grill and table tennis. The backyard area is a great place for kids to run and play there is a basketball hoop, badminton/volleyball net. In the courtyard there is exercise equipment.
Villa Gems operates from April until October. It is an Ideal place for families and can comfortably accommodate 9-10 persons. A car is essential and there is private parking. It is centrally located on Crete 84 km from Iraklion airport and 74 km from Chania.
